In order to get the most out of our time together preparing for our sessions is incredibly helpful. To that end, at the beginning of each session I will ask you something to the effect of “What are we working on today?” This question is how we create our agenda for our time together that day. In preparation for our session, consider what you’d like to work on, what it would look like to accomplish that, and why it’s important.
Sometimes we want to create new results as easily and as soon as possible. We’ll abandon goals, say “this is good enough,” and do all sorts of other bargaining because we get scared or worried or think we’ll fail. Your role in this process is to be willing, to practice, to be trusting, and to be vulnerable. Unlearning your bullshit and chasing your dreams isn’t an overnight magic trick. While you’ll likely see results quickly, true shifts and big dreams take a little longer to accomplish.
Our coaching sessions will consist of 3 50-minute sessions per month. You will have your own regularly scheduled time (e.g. Tuesdays at 10 a.m) during the first three weeks of the month.
If you need to reschedule, you can do so directly through a link on my website. I require 24 hours’ notice, or that week’s session will be forfeited.
Typically, we’ll come up with practices and actions that will support you in moving you closer to your dreams. When necessary, I will be available to you via phone or email for additional support.
The coach and the client agree to provide each other with at least one-months’ notice in the event either coach or client desire to terminate the coaching agreement. Otherwise, the agreement will continue for the entirety of the contracted period.
